Shovon Hasan, the Chairman of Orbion Limited and Managing Director of LifeArk Co., Ltd. in Japan, is a visionary entrepreneur dedicated to building a strong bridge between Bangladesh and Japan through technology, education, and workforce development. Hasan came to Japan in 2008 as a MEXT scholarship recipient, earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology by 2016.

His professional journey began at DeNA Co., Ltd., where he developed advanced mobile and game systems, followed by a leadership role at Nextbeat Co., Ltd., supporting IT job placements for foreigners in Japan. Later, as Engineering Manager at NN Life Japan, Hasan led a multicultural team of engineers from 10 different countries, deepening his understanding of Japan’s corporate dynamics and cross-cultural integration.

In 2024, he founded LifeArk, a platform that empowers foreign professionals through Japanese language learning, recruitment, and training. With over 17 years in Japan and extensive connections across the tech and corporate sectors, Hasan combines global insight with local expertise to realize Orbion’s mission — creating a sustainable partnership between Bangladesh and Japan through innovation, cultural understanding, and human potential.

Major (Retd.) Mohsiul Hasan Bhuiyan Adnan serves as the Managing Director of Orbion Limited, bringing over 18 years of leadership experience in military service, international peacekeeping, and corporate management. A graduate of Mirzapur Cadet College and the Bangladesh University of Professionals, Adnan has also pursued advanced studies in Human Resource Management and Quality Management & Industrial Engineering.

During his distinguished military career, he held key command and administrative positions in the Bangladesh Army, including roles as Deputy Assistant Adjutant General at Army Headquarters and Operation Officer for the UN Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), where he collaborated with multinational forces from the U.S., France, Germany, and others on joint security and humanitarian operations.

Following his retirement, Adnan transitioned into the private sector, serving as Deputy General Manager (Admin, Safety & Security) at Northern Tosrifa Group and Friends Knitting Ltd. (Debonair Group). His expertise spans corporate administration, logistics, compliance, safety management, and risk assessment.

With a career rooted in discipline, integrity, and operational excellence, Adnan leads Orbion’s Logistics and Security Division, ensuring world-class safety, coordination, and hospitality for foreign delegates and corporate partners in Bangladesh.
